Coaching, individual sessions, private lessons, and workshops focused on preparing for and recovering from sport – running, swimming, cycling, hockey, and strength training.

Laura Jayne completed her advanced trainings like Yoga for Athletes, Myofascial Release, and Spinal Anatomy through Yoga Medicine, and completed her Yoga Anatomy training in 2020. Laura Jayne’s 200hr and 500hr Yoga Teacher Training were completed in 2020 and 2022 through Inbody Academy. Her background as a multi-sport athlete informs her anatomy-based individual sessions and workshop. She pulls from her own experience as an endurance athlete and research to provide individual coaching and private lessons that integrate alignment, anatomy, and mindfulness.
